Common questions
I lost my recovery phrase. Can you restore my wallet?
No. Your keys exist only on your device. Without the 25-word phrase (or other seed you used), nobody can restore the wallet.
My balance shows 0 or is not up to date.
The wallet needs to scan the blockchain. Keep the app open until the sync card on the Wallet tab says Synced. If it stalls, tap the node name in the header and pick Automatic or another node.
What is "locked" balance?
Monero funds you receive become spendable after 10 confirmations, about 20 minutes. Until then they are shown as locked.
How do I restore a wallet from another app?
On the first screen tap I already have a wallet, or in the wallet list tap Add another wallet. You can restore from 25-word or 13-word Monero seeds, Polyseed, BIP39, private keys or a view-only key.
How do I use Tor?
Tap the node name in the header, then turn on Route through Tor.
How do I delete everything?
Settings > Delete all data, then type DELETE. Write down your recovery phrase first.
I updated from zMonnero Wallet. Do I need to do anything?
No. zMonnero Wallet is now called Monero Wallet - XMR. Your wallets, phrases and settings carry over automatically.
